النفايات البلاستيكية تتحول إلى منازل

ابتكرت احدى الشركات البريطانية مؤخراً عدة استخدامات للنفايات البلاستيكية المعاد تدويرها يتمثل أحدها في بناء منازل من حوالي 18 كيلومتراً من هذه النفايات.
وقدرت الشركة عمر المنازل المصنوعة من هذه المواد بأكثر من 60 سنة، موضحة أن هذه المادة قابلة لإعادة التدوير في النهاية أيضاً، وتصنع الشركة أيضاً مباني قياسية متنقلة مصنوعة من 4 أطنان من النفايات التي أعيد تدويرها.
وطورت الشركة مادة جديدة أطلق عليها اسم "تيرمو بولي روك" من البلاستيك والمعادن المعاد تدويرها تستخدم على شكل منتج بناء.
وأفادت الشركة بأن عملية التصنيع الباردة ومنخفضة الطاقة تجعل من البلاستيك عنصراً قوياً جداً في البناء، وهو أخف وأقوى المواد العازلة للمياه والتي تمنع النيران، كما أنه لا يتعفن ويتمتع بقدرة ممتازة على العزل.
