نائب: مفوضية الانتخابات تتحمل مسؤولية تدني عدد الناخبين في الخارج

قال النائب المستقل وائل عبد اللطيف: "ان المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات تتحمل مسؤولية كبيرة في تدني عدد الناخبين العراقيين في الخارج". وكانت مفوضية الانتخابات قد اعلنت ان 272 الف عراقي مقيمين في الخارج صوتوا في الانتخابات من بين اكثر من مليون و250 الف ناخب. واضاف عبد اللطيف: "ان الخلل الاكبر يسجل على المفوضية بادنى عدد للناخبين لانها لم تستطع ان تدبر امورها في الداخل فكيف يمكنها ان تدبرها في الخارج". حسب قوله.
وكان الكثير من الناخبين العراقيين في الداخل قد اشتكوا من عدم وجود اسمائهم في سجلات الناخبين. واشار عبد اللطيف الى "ان السبب ايضا تتحمله السفارات العراقية لعدم رعايتها للعراقيين المقيمين وعدم فتح سجل خاص لهم لتحديث معلوماتهم". وشهدت مراكز اقتراع الناخبين في الخارج اشكالات عديدة بينهم وبين مسؤولي هذه المراكز على خلفية نقص في المعلومات او عدم وجود الاسماء في سجلات الناخبين. واكد عبد اللطيف على "ان هناك خللا في هذا الامر يتحمله المواطن المقيم بعدم تحديث معلوماته ان كان بمراجعة السفارة او القنصلية او تجديد جواز سفره او اي وثيقة اخرى لاسباب عديدة". وشدد على "ان العزوف عن الانتخابات موجود ان كان في الداخل او الخارج لقناعة البعض بعدم جدوى هذه العملية خاصة وان السياسيين الموجودين بنظر اغلب العراقيين لم يقدموا شيئا يذكر لهم". وكانت المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات قد اعلنت ان نسبة الناخبين في داخل العراق بلغت 62.4% .
