هيئة المساءلة والعدالة تعتزم مقاضاة النائب صالح المطلك

تعتزم هيئة المساءلة والعدالة رفع دعوى جزائية ضد النائب صالح المطلك لاتهامه الهيئة بعدم قانونيتها،
وقال مصدر مسؤول في الهيئة ان الهيئة ستقدم دعوى جزائية إلى المدعي العام في الهيئة التمييزية مرفقة بالوثائق والادلة اللازمة ضد النائب صالح المطلك لاتهامه الهيئة بعدم قانونيتها، وعمالتها لجهات معينة.
من جانب اخر قال المصدر ان الهيئة التمييزية اقرت بقانونية هيئة المساءلة والعدالة، لافتا إلى ان بعض المستبعدين من الانتخابات المقبلة رفعوا دعوى قضائية ضد الهيئة بداعي عدم قانونيتها
