ابتكار دراجة نارية تستطيع الطيران

أعلنت شركة "سامسون موتووركس" للهندسة والتي تتخذ من كاليفورنيا الشمالية مقرًا لها أنها بصدد إنتاج دراجة نارية تستطيع الطيران في الهواء تحت مسمى "سويتش بلاد" وذلك بحلول عام 2011 . وينتظر أن تزود شركة "سامسون" الدراجة النارية بمحرك يبلغ قوته 150 حصاناً بالإضافة إلى إلكترونيات الطيران والتي ستباع بالتجزئة بشكل منفصل مقابل 25 ألف دولار تقريباً، حيث سيبلغ قيمتها الإجمالية 60 ألف دولار .ويوجد في "سويتش بلاد" مرايا خلفية تنسحب إلى داخل إطار الدراجة خلال الطيران للتخفيف من قوة السحب، فضلا عن جناحين يفتحان على شكل مقص أثناء الطيران ويختفيان داخل جزئيين في الدراجة أثناء السير على الأرض .وتشبه الدراجة البخارية الجديدة التي تحتوى على ثلاث عجلات اثنان فى الخلف وواحدة في الأمام الصاروخ، بجانب سيارة أخرى صممت على غرار الطبق الطائر وهى أبتيرا، لكنها عكس طراز "سويتش بلاد"، حيث تحتوى على عجلتين في الأمام وعجلة واحدة في الخلف .يشار إلى أن تصميم ذلك الطراز ليس الأول من نوعه، حيث سبق وأن قدمت شركة "Venture Vehicles" "فانشر وان"، دراجة نارية مقاربة لطراز "سويتش بلاد"، حيث تم تزويدها بمحرك هجين قوى يعمل بالكهرباء والبنزين ويحقق سرعة قصوى تبلغ 100 كيلو متر في الساعة .كما طرحت شركة مورجان الكندية أيضا شبيهًا لذلك الطراز تحت مسمى "كامباجنا تي ريكس" وهو مزود بمحرك مؤلف من أربع أسطوانات تبلغ قوته 155 حصاناً، من إنتاج شركة كواساكى .
