هيئة النزاهة :احالة اكثر من 50 قضية الى لجان التحقيق بمحافظة ديالى

كشفت لجنة النزاهة في مجلس محافظة ديالى النقاب عن إحالة أكثر من 50 قضية تتعلق بالفساد المالي والإداري وتعاطي الرشوة داخل المؤسسات الحكومية إلى لجان تحقيق مختصة للنظر فيها وإصدار القرارات المناسبة بشانها .ونسبت المصادر الى ( عامر الكرخي ) رئيس اللجنة قوله في تصريح صحفي إن "لجنة النزاهة في مجلس المحافظة ، أحالت أكثر من 50 قضية تتعلق بالفساد المالي والإداري في مشاريع الأعمار والبناء والمؤسسات الخدمية الحكومية ، إلى مكتب التحقيقات في هيئة النزاهة ، للنظر بالقضايا ورفعها إلى القضاء لإصدار الأحكام القانونية ضد المتورطين فيها ".وأوضح الكرخي أن نسب الفساد متفاوتة بين الدوائر الخدمية الحكومية في المحافظة وأن اللجنة بدأت منذ مباشرة عملها ، بتعقب جميع قضايا الفساد التي فيها أدلة ووثائق تمهيداً لإحالتها إلى لجان التحقيق المختصة بهدف الحد من ظاهرة الفساد الإداري التي استنزفت أموالاً طائلة خلال السنوات الماضية .الجدير بالذكر ان مراقبين محليين يرون بأن الفساد المالي والإداري المستشري في محافظة ديالى طال مبالغ كبيرة كانت مخصصة للإعمار وتأمين الخدمات لابناء المحافظة0
