روسيا تقدم رسميا طلبا لمراقبة الانتخابات العراقية

قدم السفير الروسي لدى العراق فاليريان شوفاييف طلبا رسميا لقيام السفارة الروسية بمراقبة العملية الانتخابية المقبلة . وقد قدم السفير هذا الطلب الى رئيس المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات فرج الحيدري اليوم الاثنين خلال لقاء بحثا خلاله سبل الاستفادة من تجارب الدول في مجال الانتخابات والتحول الى الديمقراطية والتداول السلمي للسلطة. وقال الحيدري خلال اللقاء، ان المفوضية ملزمة بقرارات الجهات التنفيذية ذات العلاقة فيما يخص التثبت مع صحة وثائق المرشحين من ناحية الشهادة وخلو المرشح من السجل الجنائي، وكذلك عدم شموله بقرارات هيئة المساءلة والعدالة وغيرها، وان دور المفوضية ينحصر في تبليغ الكيانات السياسية بتغيير المرشح الذي يثبت عليه احد الامور المذكورة.من جانبه، ذكر السفير الروسي وجود تقارب بين التجربة العراقية والروسية
