هيئة النزاهة : سنستمر بنشر اسماء المزورين من الموظفين والطلبة على الموقع الالكتروني

اكد رئيس هيئة النزاهة القاضي رحيم العكيلي" استمرار الهيئة بنشر اسماء المزورين من الموظفين والطلبة على الموقع الرسمي الالكتروني للهيئة . نافيا وجود محاولات لتسييس ملفات الفساد الاداري والمالي في العراق" .وقال العكيلي : لايختلف اثنان على ان موضوع الفساد في العراق مازال معقدا ومتشعب الجوانب وتحتاج مواجهته الى التوسع بايجاد اساليب كثيرة تتلائم وحجم التحديات التي تعيشها البلاد" .
واضاف" ان ميزانية العراق استنزفت بسبب جرائم الفساد الاداري ، وان الهيئة اتبعت خطوات كثيرة وناجحة للحد من توسع نطاق الحالات السلبية ومتابعة المسؤولين عن الفساد . مستدركا ان الهيئة تعارض اسلوب التشهير دون اعطاء فرصة للقانون لياخذ مجراه ، ثم ياتي دور الهيئة في الكشف عن المدانين على وفق مااقرته الاعراف الدستورية القانونية" .
واشار العكيلي الى" فسح المجال امام الطاقات الشابة الاكاديمية للعمل في السلك الرقابي وزجها بدورات متخصصة . مبينا ان القضاء على الفساد الاداري يحتاج الى كفاءات قادرة على وضع القرارات قيد التنفيذ وتشخيص الخلل" . وشدد العكيلي على" وجوب اسناد عمل الهيئة من قبل دوائر الدولة والمواطنين لتطويق الظواهر السلبية ومعالجتها بشكل سريع" .
تجدر الاشارة الى ان الهيئة اعلنت امس الاول عن نشر وجبة اسماء جديدة لمزوري الوثائق الرسمية على موقعها الالكتروني .
