في ظل الانجازات

"لقد حققنا انجازا كبيرا للعراق" بهذه الكلمات التي مازالت عالقة بذاكرتي اوجز وزير المالية باقر جبر الزبيدي الاتفاق الذي تم بين شركات الهاتف النقال والحكومة العراقية.
الاتفاق الذي ضجت به الدنيا وعزفت له وسائل الاعلام كثيرا واشتركت به ثلاث وزارات عراقية وعقد نتيجة عدة مناقشات جرت في العاصمة الاردنية عمان وفي مزايدة وصفت بالعلنية فازت بها ثلاث شركات للهاتف النقال هي شركة الاثير وشركة اسياسل وشركة كورك، وبعد ان تصافح الجميع وانتهى الامر بدأ العراقيون يحصدون ثمرات هذا الانجاز الكبير وابرز هذه الثمرات: الشبكة المشغولة بمناسبة وبغير مناسبة وسرقة الرصيد بوضح النهار فضلا عن انقطاع المكالمة مع اول ثلاث ثواني من الاتصال، الى اخرها من خدمات تقدم الى هذا المواطن المسكين الذي شبع من كثرة الانجازات في بلاد تكاد تنفجر من الأكاذيب، فالقضاء على الفساد انجاز وتحقيق الامن انجاز والقضاء على البطالة انجاز وتوفير التيار الكهربائي انجاز والتوافق الوطني انجاز، انجازات بالجملة لكن على الالسن فقط ولو تحققت الاسطورة التي تجعل من انف الكاذب يكبر مع كل كذبة تنطلق من لسانه لصوت البرلمان على احتساب تخصيصات مالية اضافية للمسؤولين تمكنهم من توظيف عشرات الاشخاص لحمل انوفهم الكبيرة.
وأخيرا.. سنبقى نأمل من المسؤولين الذين وقعوا انجاز الهواتف المحمولة مع لصوص شركة اثير "زين" واسياسيل وكورك، ان يحفظوا ماء وجوههم ويعيدوا شيءً من كرامة المواطن التي ضاعت مع رنات الهواتف الفارغة.
